Thracia - April 3, 2005 11:59 PM (GMT)
Demoritus' initiative brings back to our mind some old memories:

Old nations should remember when Leidestrad had hosted the first such regional meeting where all leaders had attended and most important issues were discussed in detail.

As far as we can remember few concrete decisions were made during that meeting and even those were not fully implemented.

Let us hope this coming regional meeting will be more effective and with more practical results.

If that is quite alright, I'll rewrite the charter and finish her off for Wednesday, and I know aroudn these forums, that usually means wednesday, any wednesday, but I WILL formalize and intiate the organization by then.

Fellow Brothers,

Due to HRH Emperor Constantine XLIII and myself being sidetracked by developing events in Mostarvia we cannot attend. Therefore we will be sending our Minister of Foreign Relations: George Poulopoulos, the CoSB's recently appointed ambassador to Demoritus: Stoika Lasic, and Head of RSBAF Public Relations: Air Commodore Flavius Stanciu as plenipotentiaries of our nation. We have every faith in F.O.R.M. accomplishing many things and are willing to do what it takes to strengthen Balkan Unity.

Prime Minister of CoSB
