Democratic Republic of Demoritus is thinking about making Democratic Union inside of The Balkans, and asks all democratic and liberal countries with will of reforms and better economy, civil rights, etc. are they interested in this project?

Well, Thracia is constitutionally a democratic country that respects and protects its citizens' civil rights.

So, we believe we could qualify for membership in a Democratic Union of The Balkans.

As for the free economy part of your proposal, we believe that there are already two groups organized around that idea: The "Confederation" (the Unified Balkan Alliance), and the league of Capitalist States.

We would be willing to join this Union.
Wether the LCS is re-started, we will still join. We believe a different group of nations mostly, will be joining this new Union, and thus opening up new markets.

Yeah for sure, this would definately lead to more nations with liberal ideas and natiosn who hold the tenets of democracy sacrosanct, it will provide a more open, a free forum of discussion for rather centrist or "observer" nations, and not neccesarily be an exclusively hard-left, hard-right, hard monarchial/authoritative, exclusive club.

Also, Byzantian, im still working on the RUDF declaration and officializing everything, but i noticed not much activity is kept there, id ont want this idea to simply fade to obscurity here, please read up on the posts and leave some comments, that goes for everyone in the region! As a first step of DU creation, I would like to please administrators to make protected forum named The Democratic Union Of The Balkans, or however they want with same thematics.

All democratic and liberal countries with reformistical perspective will be accepted inside, even countries that are already in one of Unions in The Balkans.

As a democratic institution, DU will try to estabilish good partnership with The "Confederation" (the Unified Balkan Alliance), and the league of Capitalist States in all together objectives: civil rights, economy, etc.

We will also keep voting for official declaration on everyday happenings, and it'll be Official Declaration of Democratic Union which will be posted on public forums (after voting).

After voting on first official DU Parliament in Demoritus' capital, Thracia & Byzantian are accepted, and they became members of DU. Petroff asked could next DU Parliament be organized in Thracia or Byzantinian countries, so it'll keep neutral? Every country-member will have privilegies to organize DU Parliament in their cities.

Final constitution of DU will be after admin make forum for it.

However, as long as these massacres by some Jewish groups and collective punishment by the Demoritus government against Jews are going on, Thracia is not going to join the Democratic Union.

We do not want to be an ally of a government that is in such deep trouble and is possibly commiting crimes against humanity.

President of Democratic Union, dr Nicolas, removed suspension on Democratic Republic of Demoritus after Goverment's decision to punish JUST people involvement in massacre. He also said that doors of DU are again open to Thracia because all incidents ended in Lodoslavec, and goverment decided to respect civil rights.

The Democratic Republic of Demoritus Goverment Decision:

We believe this organisation could be a mode of communication between our nations. This could be the ideological dialogue needed to create awareness of national and international issues concerning democracy and modern liberalism.

The Thracian government is pleased with the recent decisions of the Demoritus government to respect the civil rights of the Jews in Lodoslavec.

We are now going to participate in the DU actively.

The password for this forum will be sent to Demoritus.

Demoritus will be responsible for giving the password to any nation that wants to join that forum.

As DU is constitutioned, all nations that'd like to join it should post here and their request will be on vote. After voting, they'll be notified are they accepted or not.
