Excellencies: The volcano at Travnik blew again in the middle of the night. Zahumlje has a light coating of damp ash as there was both ash and rain. There is no air traffic in or out of the Dalmacija province of Zahumlje, and even areas still covered in snow are gray.
Cleanup is expacted to last for DAYS

ooc: What does the actual title say? Also, did you know Mt Saint Helens in the US has blown? Not majorly, but it caused a 2.0 quake..

ooc: I'm using Mt. St. Helens, as my Nation's volcano, The title is my effort to say Volcano in the Balkans.
There was in fact no ash, but the volcano blew for half an hour. The only volcano I know of in the R.L. Balkans is somplace in Macedonia. It is tiny and only vents tiny amounts of steam. It's just that a game like this is a perfect opportunity to over dramatize things hehe!

Excellencies: Not to worry, while the eruption is significant, it is not such that foreign aid is necessary. We mainly felt it was important to announce this event as it is of importance for air traffic, all Nations flying in and out of Zahumlje should keep a close ey on volcano status and for Ash Advisories, as volcanic ash can bring down planes, it's also ont so very good to drive in.

Santorini and a few other islands were formed via volcano. I cant remember now, but I think Santorini technically is one..
