It is my duty to inform you that Sakaoglu is considering giving some autonomy to the city of Cankiri and its environs. A new dependent nation called Cankiri will join our region and will take control of the soon-to-be autonomous area

(ooc: Cankiri will be controlled by the same person who controls Sakaoglu).

All land that is to be given to Cankiri will be from the land of Sakaoglu.

One will easily conclude from the flag designs of these two nations that Cankiri is a dependent nation of Sakaoglu.

Although we normally do not want a single person controlling two nations in The Balkans, Sakaoglu has fullfilled all the conditions under which we can make an exception.

hmm, sounds interesting, hopefully nothing hostile will come of this division in the later future.
