The government has decided to invest in nuclear power, as an alternative to the more polluting coal and gas power plants. It has been decided that four reactors will be built simultaneously. The BN government is looking for someone who will be able to build these reactors for us. The cost is negotiable.
Please read this discussion we have had with another nation regarding nuclear technology:
http://invisionfree.com/forums/Balkanic_Un...wtopic=417&st=0If you are interested, we can negotiate a similar contract.
We would like the following if you can provide it.
- unprocessed uranium
- technology for buidling nuclear plants
- technology for building uranium processing facilities (for civialian needs)
- high expertise in all fields
- training for local engeniers (including scholarships in the best nuclear engeniering univeristies in the Balkans, located, of course, in Tolomakia-this part in the brackets is up to you if you want to provide it)
Here is our (Tolomakia/TNA) offer:
1. nuclear power technology
2. expertise for building the first nuclear power plant (NPP) and nuclear waste disposal (as described bellow). A team of Tolomakian engineers and scientists will coordinate the works in your country for 6 years.
3. free education for 20 students each year, for five years, 14 in engineering (10 BSc, 4 MSc), 6 in nuclear physics (4 BSc, 1 MSc, 1 PhD)
4. support in developing own nuclear research facilities (university exchanges, necessary knowledge to build laboratories within the largest technical university in the country)
5. up to 2.500 tones of uranium per year at 20 euros per kilogram (a price with 20% smaller than the average selling price of 25 euros) in the first ten years of activity
6. uranium processing technology
7. expertise for building the first uranium processing facility (using the reduction of uranium halides as primary technology). The construction will begin after the nuclear power is completed and will last for approx. 3 years. The construction costs will amount at approx. 0.7 million euros and will be supported by Byzantian
The NPP:
- three electricity generating units (thus, three nuclear reactors) with a total production capacity of 1 million kilowatts
- the plant will be capable of generating more than 7 billion kilowatt hours of electricity annually when all three units are operational
- the plant will cover around 60,000 square meters and will cost about 1.5 euros billion to construct; all costs will be supported by Byzantian
- the works are expected to last for about 6 years before the plant will be fully operational. The first reactor will be functional in about 30 months
- the location will be selected after a final decision regarding Byzatian’s position on the map
- the nuclear waste disposal facility construction is included in the above mentioned costs and deadlines
And our request:
1. 2 billion euros over the next six years in direct payments (three equal payments per year)
2. public commitment not to use the knowledge received to produce nuclear weapons
3. 50% custom tax deduction for Tolomakian goods during the NPP construction
4. all construction materials, engines, machines and other materials that can not be produced in Byzantian will be purchased from Tolomakian manufacturers at the market’s price
Great! It's a deal!
As soon as Tediad-B will take a final decision regarding your relocation our experts will propose a location for the NPP.
