Reports have been coming in from journalists on the ground that a huge military parade showcasing Mostarvia's military might has been taking place in Mostarv Square, Mostar, the capital of Mostarvia.

Eyewitnesses say Mostarvia's President Lodovic stood on a podium with Mostarvia's high ranking members of government as 500,000 Soldiers, Navy and Air Force personel, believed to be a mere fraction of Mostarvia's armed forces, moved past saluting their President who returned the salute, moved past on a march. Tanks also rolled past, their guns up in the air in salute, their commanders saluting their President from their Turret hatches.

Mostarvian Jets and Helicopters and transport carrier planes flew overhead, but perhaps the most noticable of the parade on show was the long and slow entourage of missile carriers, in particular the ICBM carriers, carrying the ICBM's known as 'Deliverance' and 'Deciding Blow' which weapons experts say have a distance range of between 5,000 and 6,000 plus miles.

The Mostarvian Defence Ministry has scoffed at Media claims this was a show of force in response to the mushroom clouds seen above Edessia and feared to be a nuclear test, saying that "The parade of Mostarvian celebration has been planned for some time, and the fact it comes shortly after events in Edessia is purely coincidental and besides, Mostarvia does not have to prove anything to anyone."

"It is not!"An Edessian supporter shouts from the crowds. "You socialists with your overly large armies, outdated tanks and your 1980's ICBM technology are a bunch of hypocrites!" The crowd gasps in horror, yet are frozen in awe. "You scorn our nation for researching cutting edge missle technology, yet at the same time show off your own!" "If you truly were wise, you'd destroy all your missles and disarm your warheads and deposit them in space, of course you backward, propaganda pushing ignorants know space only through Roman mythology!!" "Yeah he's right!" a group of people close to the outspoken individual shout out. "No he's not you capitalist moron! Mostarvia is a great nation, this has been planned for months!" "Oh and how would you know? because they told you through their speakers?! ignorant swine!" Shouting, bickering and shoving occur in the crowds, yelling citizens of mostarvia who either support the government or Edessia begin to clash, riot police are having great difficulty quelling the ensuing riot!



WHAT WILL HAPPEN NEXT (Sorta open RP between me and Mostarvia, no hard feelings bub, but this could be creative, whats your response to the riots?)

The Mostarvian Government has within the last few minutes claimed that 50 people arrested after 'crowd trouble' at the Mostarvian Military Parade in Mostar, Mostarvia's capital, were "Edessian Agents and troublemakers" who Mostarvia claim "Infiltrated the crowd to cause trouble on behalf of Edessia's government".

Mostarvia's Government went on to say that "This action by Edessia is being taken as an act of a hostile nature towards Mostarvia, and we have no choice but to place Mostarvia's armed forces on a war footing."

Mostarvia said that the "Edessian Agents" would be interrogated "extensively." and that the situation now on the capital Mostar's streets was "normal and untoward"

Edessian Agents await interogation. As they sit patiently in lock up, suddenly 9 of the ring leaders fall to the ground with a dull thud! "What has happened?" shouts the guards curiously. "Their dead you nitwit!" says an agent from behind the bars. "But how?" "Take a wild guess" "Well, we didnt kill them" "Of course not, we killed ourselves, we'd rather die then give you information" as that was being said another twelve suspects fell face first onto the floor. "OH MY GOD!" shouts the guard "their poisoning themselves! damnit" four more people drop to the floor.
faint sounds of a helicopter above the roof are heard. "Yes they're here!! thank
the heavens were saved!" The guards did not understand what they had meant. "Saved but how cou..." The sunroof shatters, glass rains down everywhere. In the strange Edessian dialect, not similar enough to the Mostarvian dialect soldiers from the helicopter yell out "Flashbangs! out!" but the prisoners understood that and covered their eyes and ears. The Edessian soldiers repelled down and rescued the 10 people remaining who havent poisoned themselves over the course of this short time period. After the guards had pulled themselves together after a suprise stunning, before they could report what had happened, The Edessian helicopters were far far away, being picked up by Stealth Trimarian aircraft carriers in the middle of the adriatic, heading back home to Edessia Italia, to then be flown home to Edessia mainland.

Mostarvia, what is your next move! (btw, seriously, try not to go to war, or actual killings, i dont know how much farther we can push the boundaries, in this Controlled RP)

Official Statement of The Thracian Government:

While it is still not clear to us what caused the mushroom clouds in Edessia, we are somewhat relieved that experts from Perejaslawl and Ramostan are examining the situation.

It is very odd that Mostarvia has reacted more harshly to the events in Edessia than any of the latter's neighbors. Mostarvia is far way from Eddessia and is less likely to be affected by either the explosions' environmental consequences or the Edessian possible nuclear weapons.

We thus do not understand why the crisis between Mostarvia and Edessia has escalated to this level. We do know, however, that this crisis is not too difficult to resolve.

Finally, we remind both Edessia and Mostarvia that membership in The Balkans means renunciation of war as a way to solve intra-regional conflicts. Both nations risk expulsion if they attack each other militarily.

Official Mostarvian Government Statement:

Mostarvia has evidence that this was a nuclear detonation, and Mostarvia feels as such that such a matter should be treated harshly.

ooc: Thracia, there will not be a war, the most there will be is a cold war. Please don't worry, me and Edessia are contacting each other often to make sure it does not escalate into war.

Mostarvia's air defence could have had, at any oppurtunity, shot down the escaping Edessian helicopters, but Mostarvian President Lodovic had foreseen this rescue bid coming and had plans at hand to retake the Edessian Agents alive for further interrogation.

The Edessian ship carrying the rescued Edessian Agents sailed through the waters, it's crew in exuberant mood at pulling off their mission. Suddenly-

Lights came on, bathing the Edessian ship in bright light. Three Mostarvian ships surrounded the Edessian Ship.

"SURRENDER!" A commanding, booming voice shouted from behind one of the Mostarvian Ship's lights in broken English, "YOU ARE IN AND VIOLATING MOSTARVIAN WATERS WITHOUT PERMISSION, AND YOU ARE A MILITARY VESSEL! UNDER THE RIGHTS OF MOSTARVIAN JURISDICTION OVER THESE WATERS AND YOUR SHIP VIOLATING IT, WE ARE TAKING THE SHIP, AND ALL THOSE ABOARD IT, INTO THE CUSTODY OF THE MOSTARVIAN SUPREME NAVY, UNDER THE JURISDICTION AND RIGHT OF MOSTARVIA, IT'S PEOPLE AND IT'S GOVERNMENT! LAY DOWN WHAT WEAPONS YOU HAVE AND SURRENDER QUIETLY! MOSTARVIAN PERSONNEL WILL BOARD YOUR VESSEL SHORTLY. RESISTANCE ON YOUR BEHALF IS FUTILE!"

There was a tense moment for all. The Edessian ship's crew considered resisting, but they know the seriousness of the situation. To resist was to start a war between Edessia and Mostarvia.

The Edessian agents sobbed as Mostarvian Navy Marines stomped onto the Edessian ship, and as they were taken into Mostarvian custody once more.
The Edessian Navy crew was directed to steer the ship to the Mostarvian docks of Hosnac, the ship was anchored, and all aboard taken into Mostarvian custody for further questioning.
