Title: Edessian Nuclear Irresponsibility
Description: Hello anyone home in this agency?

Katja of Zahumlje - November 27, 2004 05:55 AM (GMT)
Excellencies: Edessia has been in violation of Regional intitiatives on nuclear energy, something must be done.

Currently, there's no evidence whatsoever to back the claims that explosion in Edessia is of nuclear nature, especially with country's representatives denying that. We are currently negotiating an observer mission to be sent to Edessia and investigate further on site; until then, I suggest this issue to be held up.

Edessia - November 27, 2004 07:54 AM (GMT)
First off, nuclear initiatives, what violation, point out the forum post or rule, before i posted this to avoid such a reaction i combed the forums forever...i didnt find it. Besides, it is Non-Nuclear, however, as you may have experienced Zahumlje, Edessia is renowned for their stealth tech and military prowess.

Excellencies: Edessia, you need to not rattle sabres so much. You almost got ejected from the region for that little incident. We hoped your nation was headed for a more mature course.
Pereslawlj, Edessia has attacked Zahumlje in the past, by stealth also against regional initiatives. This is a region which does restrict the use of Nuclear Energy.
(ooc: Some information on the Nuclear Policy of the Balkans is in parts of the forum which are not retirevable except by a m oderator, if at all, it was decided a long time back to restrict Nuclear Energy a lot here, it would behove Edessia to ask someone who has been here awhile before assuming there is no information on the subject.)

Ok, cool, good analogy with sabres, scary noise thsoe things can make. Anyway, but yeah eject me hey, hmm a nation trying to act like a soverign and not walk lock-step with foregin masters is frowned upon. Wow. Btw, if it was decided a long time ago, dont you think Nuclear anythings can be an important issue, and time goes on, so if the info is unretrivable, post it again as a rule, take some responsibility. More clearly define the boundaries of what a nation can and cant do. I didnt attack anyone, and oh yeah dont get your royal panties in a knot over the role play with me and mostarvia and the riots ok, its just a game here guys, chill out, these are not real nations.

While this information about past aggressions performed by Edessia is indeed worrying, it does not necessarily have a direct connection to the current crisis. Our observers have been dispatched to the explosion site to monitor it directly, and so far Edessian government has been very cooperative.

We would also like to remind that, while mushroom clouds are commonly associated with (thermo)nuclear weapons, one can also appear as a result of conventional explosion, if it is powerful enough. Apparently, this is exactly what happened.

Katja of Zahumlje - November 28, 2004 05:52 PM (GMT)
Excellencies: So Edessia thinks the Amiral of the Royal Zahumljani Naval Services wears 'panties' if it wasn't funny it would be insulting.
You might want to look at the signatures of communications next time and properly address your remarks next time.

It is true that we discussed the issue of nuclear weapons in this region, but I don't remember in what part of the forum we can find these discussions.

In any event, it is our recollection that the anti-nuclear nations (then lend by Annoyastan) were not able to persuade the pro-nuclear ones (then led by Tolomakia) to give up or even reduce their nuclear arsenal.

Katja of Zahumlje - November 29, 2004 01:28 AM (GMT)
Excellencies: This may be in a part of the forum that is dead. That makes it hard. there should be some way to set basic things like this 'in stone'
Anyway, since it's become apparent that this is not after all Nuclear Incident, Zahumlje is prepared to drop the whole issue.
