There is a serious logical flaw in article III of the current resolution:

If I believe in something, how can I say that what I believe is not right or is not better than all the other alternatives?

Even if I believed that no religion is better than any other, I would still believe that my belief in the equal value of religions is better than any other belieef about religions.

QUOTE
ARTICLE III- Not a single religion or belief is better or more right than another.

Article III is done in the traditional spirit of "religion X is wrong because it's not our religion (religion H)" In other words, to break oppression and religious 'rankings.'

You are right. The belief 'they' want us to believe is that the belief we should have in one of equality.

So you are right in the sense that this is a belief, the exact same way how a view of religious superiority is a belief as well. It's just the former belief is considered to be the ideal one in this postmodern world (i.e. rules about having No Rules)

But is the belief in religious equality saying that the belief in religious superiority is 'wrong?' By definition it cannot, because an equal view says that all views of religion are correct, or at least have no truth/untruth or good/bad value diachotomy. So in a way Article III says we should believe all views on religion at the same time in total harmony.

Is a belief in equality a dismissial of a belief in inbalance and unfairness? Not really, because you are supposed to tolerate and respect all views. Equality = non-judgment while 'traditional' views = judgment (of something, someone, etc).

That's just me interpretay'shon of Aritcle III. Wadda yu guys think?
