Attention BAHHB:

The Northern Kingdom of Ephraimite Republic has ceased to exist.

I call upon the resources of the BAHHB to respond to immediate Humanitarian efforts. Slavpo's humanitarian agency SIHA has begun prepering for initial food drops and aerial reconisance.

The BIAA will donate 50tons of food supplies, and a further 50-100 if needed, for the SIHA to air drop. If SIHA is unable due to the overwhelming commitment alraedy undertaken, the ByzantineNations government will send in up to 100 aid workers, protected by a security force of almost 2,500 soldiers who will ensure BIAA convoys are not ambushed.

Excellencies: Having returned from a fact finding tour of Ephraimite I agree that something must be done, BAHHB welcoms the help of Byzantian and Slavpo!
The peace-keepers are utterly necessary because the situations there and nearby Syrinia are utterly unstable.

Given recent reports of the situation, the ByzantineNations government has ordered the 2,500 who were part of plan B for aid, to be sent with an addition of a further 500. Thier mission will be to protect aid convoys and distribution centers and the aid workers of all agencies.
A further 5,000 peace keepers will be sent to prevent the situation from spiralling out of control. If the situation worsens, troop numbers could well be doubled.

The Semetic people of the Ephraimite Republic need our help. Slavpo's peace-keeping corps, the Mirska, will enter and work with Byzantian's military agencies for the sake of creating peace to enable aid to flow in.

ByzantineNations government, and the chiefs of staff, welcome the addition of Slavpo's peace keepers, the Mirska.
I propose a joint peace keeping command to be setup between our two nations militaries.

Excellencies: Her Majesty's Government is sending some of our seasoned advisors to help. There is past Zahumljani peacekeeping experience in a prior situation in that area, and Slavpo and Byzantian will likely benefit from this experience, peacekeeping here is a lot different than further north.
Supplies were also released from Warehouse 23 for distribution in all the failed states, these include food, winter clothing, shoes,especially the types most in short supply, the types of shoes for people with special requirements.
Food for distribution in Ephraim is all kosher since people of Jewish faith require that and it is ok for Muslims to eat it, indeed if they are in countries where they can't trust the food supply they do so in any case. It's the small details that can make or break such an operation and our advisors know these small details intimately.
The way Byzatian and Slavpo have stepped up to the plate is exemplary.
