Excellencies: BAHHB faces a unique logistical crisis as there nations widely separated have fallen in one day. It is important to send in aid, and to make sure there are at minimum Civil Police present in each of these newly failed States.
Smart Socialist States,
Austro-Hungarian Empire,
and GREECIAN have all fallen in the last 24 hours, and that brings it to a weekly total of five. Interestingly they had very different economic structures. What they all had in common was being too quiet. Much too quiet.
There is a need to get aid to each of these Nations. We ask tht those BAHHB member Nations closest to each failed state send in relief.

The BIAA is sending food and medical supplies as well as financial assistance of $50million Euros to Greecian. The ByzantineNations government also will dispatch a small security force, consisting of Federal Police and troops from our national guard to help keep law and order and prevent looting.

Attention BAHHB:

Slavpo finds these recent national collapses disturbing. The ramifications for The Balkans are massive and potentially a cause of regional disruption. So in response Slavpo's humanitarian agency SIHA will be immediately sent to The Austro-Hungarian Empire for special attention and effort, while it seems that Greecian is in stabilization thanks to Byzantian.

Dear Comrades: ZYSL is mobilizing volunteer aid for former Smart Socialist States. Aid Worker visas have been issued by Her Majesty's Government and we'll convoy the aid in under protection of a small force of Domobrana. All qualified Socialist Youth are urged to volunteer. Meet at the Dom Socialistke Studenti in Trg Velika Sveti Stjepan. The trucks will all be there.

Now The Former "Smart Socialist States'" humanitarian aspect is being attended to by Zahumlje and its force.

Please join me in thanking Zahumlje for its work in the "Smart Socialist States."

The Byzantine government has announced it has released a further $150million Euros in aid for this humanitarian operation.
Further troops have also been deployed to guard government buildings, and historical/archaeological/cultural sites of importance.
All ByzantineNations security forces are to remain in the territory until a government is fully operational, at which point, more financial aid will be offered.

Excellencies: We want to mention all the people who have helped with relief efforts and all the Nations who have helped with relief efforts. We hope that soon the Region will stabilize. These things tend to happen in cycles.
Hopefully the next major 'die off' won't happen for a while.

P.S. this explains more thoroughly the situation with Smart Socialist States, at least no one has to go anywhere! Mash'Allah! We don't need to do anything there, there aren't so many to consider.

Well, the Smart Socialist States were not a nation in the conventional sense. They did not have a territory per se. They chose not to respond to Tediad-B inquires about where in The Balkansthey wanted to settle.

They rather chose to disperse throughout the region and to have a loose strucutre of interconnected individuals that was perhaps "too smart" for its own good. It did not work, and the nation collapsed.

Dear Comrade, I appreciate the clarification. That is a peculiar way to have a Nation. Almost any normal People wants land! Yes they were too 'smart' for their own good. Well thanks for letting ZYSL know. I sure wondered where in p****m******* they were on the map! Calls have been made to all the ZYSL people to go ahead and sleep late tomorrow. hehe. In case any one from Smart Socailist states needs help then they are welcome to come to the ZYSL Hall in Sveti Stjepan, and we'll help them out.

ByzantineNations Government announces its peace keeping and stabilisation forces in Grecian will remain until a stable government is established by the natives. Aid will continue with this operation and others.

Excellencies: The new Nations and returned Nations in the Region make it possible to withdraw from several places. This is good news for maintaining the resources of BAHHB.

Excellenciesa; Right now two nations are under the attention of BAHHB. Three are potentially going to come under our purview soon if they don't do something . I don't know at what point they might come down, but we have to be ready. I'm really glad Reformed Colonies is back. They have been very good inthe past.
