Title: Fall of SA Germany
Description: aid program

Katja of Zahumlje - October 23, 2004 12:40 AM (GMT)
Excellencies: S.A. Germany fell, despite being in the regional Top 10. There has been a dead silence from S.A. Germany for a long time. This should have worried everyone. I propose that when Nations fall silent too long, someone should contact them and just see if everything is alright.
Aid in the form of civil police will be sent from Zahumlje. They will be airlifted in. Since the volcano could erupt again at any point, the Queen and RAZ have decided that the Janissaries aren't being deployed at great distances from Zahumlje. This is just in case. However Zahumlje can spare some Domobrana for this sort of duty.
Food aid will need to come from other Nations of the Balkans, Zahumlje's agricultural sector has been affected by the Volcano Emergency. We can feed ourselves for the most part except for potatoes, but we can't export just now.
The situation in Former S.A. Germany looks quiet, they seem to have been accustomed to very orderly government.
This is a good thing,
Dr. Nura Hodzic
Interim Chair BAHHB

The Kingdom of Slavpo - October 24, 2004 06:20 AM (GMT)
Farewell to the great nation of The Federation of Sachsen-Anhalt-Germany. It is distrubing when seemingly strong and respected nations falls without even a murmur. The King of Slavpo and the BAHHB offers all support to the Sachsen-Anhalt Germans.

Slavpo's humanitarian agency SIHA is currently working in Transilvany, Mealand and Rozmania as well as in conjuction with Zahumje and the BAHHB in Pepestonia. Slavpo's SIHA will participate, along with any other willing nations in S-A Germany as soon as possible.

May our prayers be with the people

Thracia - October 25, 2004 01:05 AM (GMT)
We would like to express our admiration and our gratitude on behalf of the region for all the relief efforts conducted by Slavpo and Zahumlje.

Slavpo's humanitarian work in Rozmania (area 18) can discontinue now, as that area is now under the sovereignty of Free transylvania.

The Kingdom of Slavpo - October 25, 2004 03:28 AM (GMT)
SIHA will pull out immediately

Byzantian - October 27, 2004 01:39 PM (GMT)
Byzantian's newly established international aid agency, BIAA(Byzantian International Aid Agency), would like to contribute $100million euros to the humanitarian effort underway, to be recieved under the condition that it be used to purchase food and medical supplies.

Our Treasury department will write the debt off.

Katja of Zahumlje - October 27, 2004 09:44 PM (GMT)
Excellencies, BAHHB thanks Slavpo and Byzantian for the assistance redered in this time. Of course I hope that soon a new government will take the place of the old government.
So far things have gone well. All BAHHB does is humanitarian aid, for the betterment of people, nothing of BAHHB itself is military, so no worries there.
Best Wishes
Dr. Nura Hodzic
Interim Chair BAHHB

Too many governments are collapsing of as late.

Should we hold a regional conference on the matter?

Katja of Zahumlje - October 31, 2004 05:03 PM (GMT)
Excellencies: Her Majesty's Government informs me that Zahumlje does not favor a regional conference in this matter, what is favored is that if a Nation falls, a more active Nation ought to replace it. A nation that REALLY wants to be involved. This would save work.
It is a drain on Regional Resources having governments falling at such a rate. The budgets of Nations who are doing relief work get strained and there is some risk in this work too, so selecting nations more carefully seems to be an answer. I think the Queen is totaly correct in what she has said about Regional Stability.

Dear Dr. Nura Hodzic

We would like you to further explain what you mean by " is that if a Nation falls, a more active Nation ought to replace it."

Do you mean import nations from other regions?

Katja of Zahumlje - November 1, 2004 02:34 PM (GMT)
Excellency: Yes that is how we get new Nations here, by invitation. Her Majesty's Government believes that new Nations need to be very active. It would help.

Dear Dr. Nura Hodzic,

This is the most simple solution to the region's national collapse epedemicy.
