This is a highly contentious U.N. issue. It is being highly debated by parliament, the media and the public. For the time being we must abstain from a vote of for or against.

The Ancient One (Paul), Emperor of The Historical Empire of Ancient Races, has decided to vote FOR. The Good Samaritan Laws correct most of the previous flaws, created when the International Red Cross was founded.

This resolution seems to be a very good idea to us. International Terrans has decided to vote FOR.
