The Emperor is head of state and government, but he needs someone to preside over day to day legislation in Parliament.


The Office of the Prime Minister of the Holy Roman Catholic Empire of Paradiszia:

"In the Service of our Emperor!"

The holder of this office shall:

Preside over day to day legislation in Parliament, acting as the President of the Parliament. He/she does not have any of the rights of the Emperor, he is to answer to the Emperor, the Parliament shall answer to him. He will be appointed from the political party with the most seats in the House of Commons by the Emperor. He may not sign into law any bill set forth by Parliament. He may organize committes, and appoint committe leaders. He will not be reconized as head of government or state, the Emperor is.

In order to creat this office general elections will be held next Saturday. The parities running will be:
