I call for a vote of no confedence in our leader, the Tsar of Russia. He has not participated in any dissucions for over a month now. It's time for elections anyway, it's been about six months sence this Union of Balkanic Monarchies got started, we are supposed to have election every month.

Katarina, I nominated you because you are the most active member of the union. I can only come on for about an hour every day and a few on the weekend. If there are no odjections or new nominations by Monday Katarina will lead this union.

I think that we have to ask the Tsar about his inactivity and when we understand why he is not active, we may chose a new leader.

Daimyo Oda Nobunga raises a valid point. In this region we have always tried to avoid penalizing people for stuff beyond thier control! I don't want to have a position at th Tsar's expense if his activity is from some circumstance we don't know about yet.
(ooc: besides once i'm in school i'm going to be less active probably 16 credits and work study aren't a joke!)

At this time, I wish to agree wish Paradiszia. I am not able (due to the limitations of the real world) to participate on a level that would be expected of a Regent. It is my hope that maybe in a few months I will have the time and means to join you all regularly. As for now, I believe Katja of Zahumlje to be a superior choice for Regent. Perhaps someday in the future, when I am more capable of higher participation, I might try my hand at regaining the office. However, at present I am not able to be here everyday with you all. Thus,
