General Vukovic what is the first order of business in the new areas?
Well first of all border security. We intend to set up a good regime of Border Security. For the time being this is going to be done under military supervision in the North because of the fact no new Nation has settled in next door as of yet. There appear to be some rowdy elements still present. In the southern territory, centuries old smuggling networks have got to be sorted out, because a lot of this is smuggling of undesireable items. If it were limited to cheap toys, jewels, sugar, and horses and donkeys we could tolerate it, but there's been some tendancy for drugs, illegal aliens and even weapons to pass through. This is going to be a busy time for the Janissaries, the Domobrana and Policija Granica Zahumlje. We need to do it before a total kleptocracy takes over in the south and before such a thing can get going in the North. The less winding borders are a great help, it's much easier to set up good control now. Thank you Major General Vukovic! My pleasure gentlemen!
