Slavpo has watched with a considerable about of disstress the destitute state of our neighbouring former nation, the collapsed Former Republic of Transilvany. This nation is now a vacuum and it causes Slavpo anguish to watch the remaining people there suffer.

Slavpo would like to request the permission of The Balkans to enter Former Transilvany to restore dignity. Once a new nation is instated Slavposki agencies will leave and have assisted people in need. Until such a time, Slavpo requests that Former Transilvany's non-existent sovereignty be transplanted to Slavograd, capital of Slavpo, for maximum efficiency of deliverance of aid to those unfortunates left behind. Transferring sovereignty will bring Former Transilvany under the legal and authoritative control of Slavpo thereby Slavposkis will not themselves be lawless and unprotected by law.


Refugees Leave Former Transvilvany after national state collapse

Slavpo's proposal for Former Transilvany includes immediate food and supplies airdrop. Slavposki aerial reconnaissance vehicles have determined Former Transilvany safe for doctors and medical staff taken across the border guarded by S.D.F. (Slavposki Defence Force) soldiers. Following this, law and order will be restored and Slavpo will attempt to create a liveable self-contained state, so as not to create further columns of refugees into neighbouring states. As you can see, our operation is vital to the people, other nations and the wider region. We have planes, ships, vehicles and personnel ready, waiting for The Balkans' permission to move.

We hope that soon a new national government will be created in Former Transilvany, and Slavpo extends any available resource to that new government when it is created.

Under Slavposki law, forces of any kind cannot enter a non-conflict area and extend Slavpo law there without international permission, this is Slavpo's formal request for permission to enter Former Transilvany.

The Government of Srpska Kosovo supports the actions of the Kingdom of Slavpo and commends that nation for their humanitarian efforts. Srpska Kosovo will assist Slavpo with logistical support for their relief efforts.

If Slavpo is given permission to enter Former Transilvany in order to distribute humanitarian aid i will request for assistance from the citizens of Srpska Kosovo when the time for Slavposki entry is granted.

At the moment, Tolomakia is able to provide relief in former Transylvania only in the border. All refugees coming to our country will receive immediate attention.

We are ready to financially support the intervention of Slavpo, within an overall budget of 25 millions euros.

The FDR of The Bulgarite commends Slavpo's efforts. We will add another 25 million UBD to Tolomakia's 25 million euros to support Slavpo's intervention. Humanitarian aid will also be sent to both Slavpo and Tolomakia reliev them in their efforts.

Excellencies: This is an example of why a UBN Security Council would be useful! Zahumlje is willing to do a joint policeing operation, simply to mae sure that no gangster hooligan elements enter the area and to protect our own humanitarian aid workers who are under supervison of BAHHB.
