Excellencies: Her Majesty's Government is makeing available in Warehouse 23 relief supplies, namely medical, food, water purification equipment, small generators, which can be run with used cooking oil as a fuel, blankets, clothing, and books. Any nation which wishes to deliver it, can either send cargo planes in to be loaded or may simply let the crew fly in,pick up any supplies needed and may borrow Zahumljani cargo transport to fly out under their own markings. I persnally will have a look at the situation on the ground in Transilvania. I suspect it may be difficult as the government there was not very old and the infrastructure may be in especially bad condition.

Excellencies: I anticipate that Byzanthine may need relief supplies, probably in the next few days. Any Nation wishing to avail themselves of stocks in Warehouse 23 is welcome to do so on the same basis as for Transilvania.
Dr. Nura Hodzic
Interim Chair BAHHB
Because Byzanthine is our neighbor and our free-travel agreement partner, we have set up a committee to come up with a strategic plan of maintaining order and smooth functioning of the governmental institutions in Byzanthine even after that state ceases to exist.
Thracia's goal will be to keep the Byzanthine governmental mechanisms and its economy functioning, so there will be no refugee flood to our country.
We are willing to spend up to 5% of our budget to achieve this goal.
Idea: how about bringing that byzantine guy to replace Byzanthine?
ooc:
Well, "the Byzantine guy" is great as an ambassador and as a contributor to this forum, but making that nation a full member of our region would be against our traditions.
We have usually been against any single person having two nations (with full status, with territory, etc.) in The Balkans. And for good reason: That person would have twice as much power in this region, which is unfair to all other people playing here.
