Title: Office of the Regent
Description: What would you like to happen in LBM?

Tsar Mikhail Romanov I - May 19, 2004 03:27 AM (GMT)
Firstly, I want to thank you all for your support, and for your votes. I hope I do an acceptable job as Regent. Our first order of business is the Article of Principles proposed by the Byzantine. I am of the opinion that we can all adopt the articles with the exception of the last two. What are your opinions?

Ponte-Corvo - May 19, 2004 08:29 AM (GMT)
Beg pardon for my crass idiocy, but I am incapable of finding either the Articles of Principles or the League Charter. Possibly it would be an idea to have an LBM constitution thread in this forum, clearly stating all requirements that could be modified by the Regent as we decided on changes?

Tsar Mikhail Romanov I - May 19, 2004 04:44 PM (GMT)
Ok Ponte- Corvo, when you get to the LBM screen that shows all the threads, you will see different drop down menus that ask you how you want the threads displayed. The one towards the rightt asks you how old of a thread you want to see. Ask to see all of them and you will our Charter, (which you must ratify in your country to be a member), and the article of principles. I hope that clears it up for you.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - May 19, 2004 06:44 PM (GMT)
I support the proposed Proposed Article of Principles.

Pope Christian VI - May 20, 2004 04:20 PM (GMT)
I must agree with Daimyo Oda Nobunaga here, the Article of Principles looks fine.

Everlasting snow - May 20, 2004 07:26 PM (GMT)
The Queen of Everlasting snow supports the proposal Tsar Mikhail Romanov I made, she can accept all the principles accept for principle 6.

Paradiszia - May 24, 2004 03:40 PM (GMT)
Pardon me for barging in, but I think it's best for Paradiszia to re-enter this fine union. I feel a new connection with the Russian and Byzantine Empires especially. I support the Tsar as Regent and the Articles of Governance.

Sorry again for posting here.

Tsar Mikhail Romanov I - May 24, 2004 07:08 PM (GMT)
I am gladdened that you have decided to come back Paradiszia. Though we may sometimes be at odds, there is no reason why our nations cannot be on friendly terms, and be able to use this forum in peace. I for one am willing to accept you back in LBM.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - May 25, 2004 09:52 AM (GMT)
I support you Paradiszia.
Please accept my apology,i will try not to offend you.

Paradiszia - May 29, 2004 04:02 PM (GMT)
No need to apologize Honorable Sogun, I was, frankly, an ass to you all.

Pope Christian VI - May 29, 2004 07:25 PM (GMT)
Though when you say that, I doubt that it extends to myself.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - May 30, 2004 06:42 PM (GMT)
Thank you friend(can i call you like this) this will be new era in our realtions.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - June 3, 2004 07:02 PM (GMT)
It is now time to discuss the objects of our league, what we will fightin for, what we will support in th region that sort of things.
I suggest our Regent Tsar Mikhail Romanov I to express his oppinion first.

Tsar Mikhail Romanov I - June 3, 2004 07:23 PM (GMT)
Well lets begin the vote on the Article of Principles, voting ends Sunday at 5:00 PM, please express your opinion by that time.

I am officially FOR the Article of Principles with the EXCEPTION of the last two articles.

Please let me know exactly how you feel about this issue, I will adopt whatever seems to be the consensus opinion. Leave your votes below.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - June 3, 2004 07:25 PM (GMT)
I Vote For the Article of Principles with the EXCEPTION of the last two articles. Here i support our Regent.

Pope Christian VI - June 5, 2004 07:10 PM (GMT)
Pope Christian VI is also voting FOR the article of principles, though he agrees with the comments of the Regent and Daimyo on the subject of the last two principles.

Ponte-Corvo - June 6, 2004 08:51 PM (GMT)
Ponte-Corvo is unwilling to agree with the articles of principle based on the same points; our vote is therefore AGAINST but this would change should the articles be modified as most of our members agree they need to be.

Tsar Mikhail Romanov I - June 6, 2004 10:53 PM (GMT)
Well the voting period is ended. I will post the adopted section of the articles on my website in a few days. I'll let you know when the work is complete.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - June 7, 2004 06:51 PM (GMT)
The acceptance of these articles is very positive sign.

Tsar Mikhail Romanov I - June 21, 2004 08:39 PM (GMT)
Now that I am back, are there any other issues that the league would like to have addressed?
