While that istrue the US are not a nation on NS NOR are our production facilities the same as those of the US. What is more the US produces this small number of F-22s because this is a new design and US Airforce doesn't need more, yet. After all this is not their main figter as of now. Something that is not true for my nation. Unlike the US my nation doesn't produce other planes like the F-16 or F-18 all the production facilities are geard towards producing only two fighters the F-22 and F-35.
And I never said that he would receive all 1800 planes immediately.
