As some of you know, the now-defunct nastion of Tvokaski controlled and ran -- on behalf of the region-- the Pan-Balkan area of Northeast Territories (no. 50 on our map).
Now that Tvokaski has collapsed, we need to discuss about the future of Northwest Territories:
-- Should it remain a pan-Balkan area, and if so, how can we benefit from it?
-- Or, should it be incorporated into the land of Tvokaski and given to the new nation that will assume control of the land of this defunct nation?

Several nations are applying to enter The Balkans 'as we speak' -> why not give this area to one of them?

The Northeast Territories will become a 'regular' region, and will become a vailable for a new member that may join us.
