ASRF has developed and built a nuclear power station. It is our first power station and has been researched and developed entirely privately though now that it is completed we welcome any inspectors and curious parties to inspect the plant if they so wish. We finally found some uranium deposits and so are using our own uranium source.
In addition to this our nation will soon vote as to wether sign up for the Nuclear Non-Porliferation Treaty which is expected to pass by a resounding margin. As was one of my campaign promises, I wish to bring efficient, cheap, and fairly clean power to my nation and so have no need for any weapons being researched at this plant. Also to meet national energy needs we are in the process of building a second and third nuclear power station once we find suitable locations and funding.

I can`t offer you technology but i can offer you uranium if you want.

We have the neccessary technology and equipment to build a nuclear powerplant. However we are looking at private funding for it. Also we would need some protection for the third plant while it is built as it is far away from the Uranium deposits and so will need a secure, guarded shipment of uranium to the new location. Thanks for the offers so far and hopefully something can be worked out. We will of course compensate any nations for military/security assistance.

Alright we have chosen the site for our second and third NPPs and are now actively seeking some funding (up to 35% of each plant is being privately owned) and also are willing to spend on security during the construction of the plants. We do not have much of an army or anything to defend the sites and so are actively seeking security and are willing to pay nicely for it.
