Excellecies: By now everyone is aware of new directives from Her Majesty'e Governemt of the Socialist Monarchy of Zahumlje.
In light of the new developements Zahumlje will contribute relief supplies, ie, food stocks, medical, tents, blankets, clothing, comfort and hygene items itd, but since there is to be no Zahumljani peace keeping presence that means no Zahumljani relief personel will actually go there.
There will be a 3 million UBD contribution from Zahumlje to help defray expenses related to the relief efforts.

Excellencies: It has been decided by her Majesty's gGovernment to commit only humanitarian aid in the form of food, clothing, medical supplies and tents. After much discussion it was decided that military peace keeping operations are no longer in the National Interest of Zahumlje. It did not pass without notice that the efforts of both Zahumlje and Federation of Soviet Colonies were not appreciated. It did not pass without notice that Nations which should have been in support of those efforts were not in support. As a Nation we decline to place Zahumljani lives in potential danger without the presence of Zahumljani peace keepers. We are cocerned that the people of former Vodkaland recieve needed supplies, and that will be forth coming. It will be up to others to make delivery, and to keep the peace.

The Republic of Srpska Kosovo is curious concerning the lack of appreciation shown to Zahumlje for conducting peace-keeping operations. Our government considers peace-keeping and humanitarian missions as one of the highest callings of sovereign nations and will be saddened by the lack of military assistance from Zahumlje. Our government is offering to send the 58th Light Mechanized Brigade (approx. 4,000 soldiers) to provide security and humanitarian assistance to the residents of the former Vodkaland. We are requesting transport and logistical support from some of our more prosperous neighbors. We remain hopeful that all Balkans nations will contribute in whatever way they deem most appropriate to assist our neighbors in their time of need.
We also want to help the people of former vodkaland. We will send 5000 samurai-peacekeepers in the next 48 hours.
