I, Emperor Demetrious I would like to Wellcome Malta as the Newest Member state of the Allied States of the Byzantine League. The Process of Currency Exchange has started and Elections for there new senate, and also for there New President. This also means that I am now Malta's New Head of State. To Make this Process Smother I have Apointed My Son, Prince Nicholas, to be Interm President of Malta, till the Elections Next Month. Some of our Forces have already Arived on the Island, and we are in the Processes of Helping Malta establish there own Permanant Police Force. Once Again I Wellcome Malta into the Allied States of the Byzantine League, and hope that the Transition will be a smooth one.
