Title: Yugoslav-Kosovo Pipeline Project
Description: economic development agreement
Srpska Kosovo - April 20, 2004 03:42 AM (GMT)

Press Release: The governments of the Confederacy of Yugoslavian Republics and the Republic of Srpska Kosovo have reached an agreement in principle to jointly construct a natural gas pipeline from Nis to Pristina. In return for natural gas and electricity, Srpska Kosovo is expected to provide Yugoslavia with uranium. Further details will be released as they become available. - Office of Public Affairs, Republic of Srpska Kosovo

Very interesting project. How much it will cost?
Yugoslovenia - April 20, 2004 06:49 PM (GMT)
Do either of you mind if we join in this venture? If possible, we would like the pipeline to extend to Ludoslav, our capital. The area can be seen on our map. Please consider, we have much to offer! :)

Let me remind all the nations considering to participate in this project, that the map above does not exactly correspond to our regional map.
I can understand why you would like to use the map above, but you should try to clarify any confusions with regard to the neighboring countries.
For instance, the territory of Yugoslovenia roughly corresponds to Montenegro. On the map above, Montenegro is shown as part of the larger energy production system.
Does this mean that Yugoslovenia is potentially IN the bigger Yugoslav-Kosovo system, or not?

(OOC: I edited the map so that only Yugoslavia and Srpska Kosovo (approximately) are depicted. I apologize for any inconvenience.) The full details of this project have not been released and won't be until Yugoslavia and Srpska Kosovo can finalize them. (I'm still trying to determine the cost and construction time - any ideas and suggestions would be appreciated.) As far as Yugoslovenia is concerned, Srpska Kosovo has no gas or oil, but we would not oppose the use of our territory for an extension. Yugoslovenia and Yugoslavia should discuss this directly. Would this extend from Pristina? (I can re-edit or email you the unaltered map if you would like.) We are hopeful that more cooperative projects will be established in the Balkans. - The Federal Assembly of Srpksa Kosovo

OK, thank you for the clarification and the modifications.
