Please allow me to introduce myself: I am Valentin Niculae, state secretary within the Tolomakian minister of Economy and I was delegate to represent the Tolomakian Government in this specific section of the Forum.

Our government wishes to propose the establishment of the Free Market Fund. The Fund will consist in donation from member states and the money will be used to support any movement that it's militating for the establishment of a free market in any country of The Balkans.

If the idea sounds appealing for you, more details are to be discussed.

FARMER SUBSIDIES

We would suggest the following: all members of the Capitalist Forum will put in money into the Free Market fund, and this money will be used for farmer subsidies in all of the forum's countries. We will agree not to put tariffs on our each others agricultural products, while raise tariffs on other outside agricultural products.
This way the farmers will profit and our countries farmers will work together instead of against each other. We will stand as a common market against the farmers market of those countries which are not in our forum.

Our economists predicted that this would make our common market dominant on the world market.
