Title: Report:
Description: Ongoing aid efforts for BAHHB
Katja of Zahumlje - April 12, 2004 03:23 PM (GMT)
Excellencies: The following aid projects are ongoing;
Automan
New Garneria
Neo-Israel
The new aid projects are
LordCaptain Whitecloak
Slavic Superiority
Slavic Balkans.
More than the usual amount of peacekeepers are needed for the last two as the last two fell due to a civil war situation. The Janissary Regiment has been sent in to distribute aid. I have sent in Zvonko Ercegovic. He isn't so experienced in aid work as he's a younger member of ZYSL and the Defenders of Stjepanagrad Vetrans Association, he's good but not that experienced. Right now Bozidar Zidaric is heading up relief efforts in New Garneria. ZYSL is nnot traditionally an NGO doing relief efforts, but they have been working quite well with the Zahumlje Disaster Relief Team in situations where the failed state in question was socialist, it helps a lot in the interface. BAHHB owes a serious debt of gratitude towards Federation of Soviet Colonies for their steadfast help in Neo Israel.
BAHHB owes also a debt of gratitude toward Annoyastan for the board games and snack foods and the help of the Sigmund Squad in far flung fields of endevour, especially New Garneria. We anticipate that some PTSD needs will have to be met in former Slavic Superiority and former Slavic Balkans. As peacekeepers move in to secure those areas and the first food and medical aid gets delivered it is my hope that the Sigmund Squad can soon follow.
Best Wishes
Dr. Nura Hodzic
Interim Chair

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 12, 2004 04:17 PM (GMT)
I`m redy to help and can offer 1500 samurai for this purpose.
Where i have to send them?
Thracia - April 12, 2004 05:26 PM (GMT)
The land of Automan is now ruled by Daimyo Oda, so there is no longer any need to have relief efforts there.
In addition, the Slavic Superiority and Slavic Balkans were actually two rival governments in the same land. There is no need to conduct tow aid projects for these collapsed governments. We can easily combine the two projects.
Srpska Kosovo - April 12, 2004 06:44 PM (GMT)
The Federal Assembly has voted to authorize the deployment of the following units:
3rd Engineering Battalion
1st Transportation Battalion
7th Transportation Battalion
52nd Military Police Company
18th Military Police Company
The engineering battalion is able to assist in facility and road network construction (including bridges). The transportation battalions can provide delivery of supplies from ports or airfields and the MP Companies can assist with security operations. The total strength of this deployment is approximately 1900 men. The Federal Assembly has placed the following requirements on any deployment:
1. transportation to and from the nation in need must be provided
2. this deployment must be to only 1 nation
3. further security forces must be in country as this formation is not intended to perform combat missions
We apologize for the requirements, but given the present conditions in Srpska Kosovo this is the most we can offer.
The Bulgarite - April 12, 2004 08:22 PM (GMT)
We will provide the transprtation for Srpska Kosovo's units. One brigade (1500 men) will be deployed alongside Srpska Kosovo's units to provide protection.
There is only one question. Where do you want those units deployed?
Srpska Kosovo - April 13, 2004 09:02 PM (GMT)
It does not matter what nation our forces are deployed to. If peacekeepers are already present in one of the former nations, it would be logical to deploy our forces to another.
The Bulgarite - April 14, 2004 03:29 PM (GMT)
In that case we will deploy in Slavic Balkans. We only need you to tell us from which airfield to take your units.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 14, 2004 05:59 PM (GMT)
Can you take our units too.Our one and only airport is in the capital Trebiziond.
The Bulgarite - April 14, 2004 06:54 PM (GMT)
Only tell us how many and we will transport them as well.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 14, 2004 06:59 PM (GMT)
We will send 1500 samurai. And maybe some cavalry àround 150 people.
Katja of Zahumlje - April 15, 2004 12:47 AM (GMT)
Excellencies: The greatest current need is now Slavic Balkans so this helps greatly. New Garneria is fairly calm, the Board games have really helped, Annoyastan, the new "Monopolija u Spanskoj jezik'' is a big hit! Please also send more Soviet D&D, they love getting to the Gulag level and becomeing yak salesmen!
Neo-Israel is well in hand between the Janissaries and forces from Federation of Soviet Colonies.
We appreciate how thisregion has pulled together. Two new nations have come in. So I anticipate that soon only one nation will be vacant.
Thanks

We would like to inform the members of this agency that the land of Slavic Balkans has been given to Mirkland.
Mirkland is going to settle in that territory in the next few days. Some help in the first days may be necessary, but we hope Mirkland will fully establish its control over that land in about a week.
Srpska Kosovo - April 15, 2004 03:09 AM (GMT)
In light of the present situation, we believe that our offer of assistance is no longer neccessary. We remain committed to assisting in humanitarian efforts when we are able. - The Security Council of the Federal Assembly of Srpska Kosovo
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 15, 2004 03:50 PM (GMT)
In this case where we will go to?
The Bulgarite - April 15, 2004 03:59 PM (GMT)
Unless the nations that are assuming control of Slavic Balkans and LordCaptain Whitecloak specifficly request our help, I believe there is no need for this misson at all.
This is if Dr. Nura Hodzic doesn't see the need for us to be sent to another of the ongoing aid projects.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 15, 2004 04:08 PM (GMT)
OK we will call back our forces.
Katja of Zahumlje - April 16, 2004 01:28 AM (GMT)
Excellencies: Barring unforseen difficulties in Neo-Israel, there is no need for further peacekeepers. The situation looks to have improved throughout the Balkans. I am sure, barring unforseen difficulties in Neo Israel, that there is not at this time need to commit more peacekeepers anywhere. BAHHB is phaseing out some civil workers and sending peacekeepers slowly back to Zahumlje from postings in all places which have new governments.
We want to thank everyone who has contributed to peacekeeping efforts and to making life better for those territories which have had failed states. Every such country has helped the very important cause of regional stability.
Best Wishes
Dr. Nura Hodzic
Interim Chair BAHHB
Srpska Kosovo - April 16, 2004 03:51 AM (GMT)
According to new information, there is some unrest in Neo-Israel. The Republic of Srpska Kosovo is concerned and suggests that we all continue to monitor the situation.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 17, 2004 12:11 PM (GMT)
We will send 500 samurai to guard the capital of Neo-Israel from terrorists and anarchists.
