THE BALKAN INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE

Hereby opens the case on Federation of Soviet Colonies versus Horatio Sikorsky on accounts of Acts of Treason against Federation of Soviet Colonies.

The Honorable Justices with Precedence over this matters are,

Jusitce Anastasia Mladenova,
representing the Free Trinational Republic of Thracia.

Slobodan Mikaesevic,
Justice on behalf of the Unionstat Federatislava Pepestonika.

Justice Hawk,
representing the views of The Historical Empire of Ancient Races.


Before the commencement of this Trial, the Court will provide the modus operandi of the Court,

1-Cases are presented to the court, which are then assesed and presented for process.

2-On the trial, we hear one statement from the prosecutor, followed by statement by the defence.

3-After which, the justices will make statements or questions to the prosecutor, defence or witneses that may be considered necessary.

4-Both prosecutor and defence make their final statements

5-The Court will emit a resolution.

Taking into account this matters, would the Defense and Prosecutor please state their names for the Records.

We have been informed by the government of the Soviet Colonies, that it has decided to withdraw the case of Sikorsky from the BICJ.

This is a disappointing development, but, of course, we respect the decision of the Soviet Colonies.
