Upon the request of several monarchies in The Balkans, a new forum to facilitate their communication and their cooperation was created.
That forum is also going to be the official "message board" of the League the monarchies are planning to form.

Paradiszia, my apologies, I was not aware of your input in such an idea, or you would have been more actively involved in the creation. However, I do believe I privately mentioned the idea to Thracia four or five days before your revolution. So please don't act so put out, I was talking about this (altough not publically) before you mentioned it.
I am of the opinion that the leader needs to be elected, not self imposed. Just because you may or may not have mentioned it first doesn't make it yours.

I thank you for agreeing to let me be part of this! I believe that the two candidates which should go in for such an election should be Paradiszia and Tsar Mikhail Romanov I, as they seem to have the greatest claim on it.
