Title: Oda`s 1st Nuclear Power Plant
Description: We search investments for build this NPP
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - March 31, 2004 06:55 PM (GMT)
My country does not have any resources to produce energy by wąter electric stations. For that our great Sultan(Shogun) Oda Nobunaga have decide to build a NPP.
I ask the nations who have experience in that sphere to help me and may engineers to buld it.
Csabaland - March 31, 2004 07:37 PM (GMT)
Csabaland might be willing to share its research in building nuclear power plants, but not the whole technology. Some crucial parts which may enable the building of nuclear weaponry will not be revealed. If Daimyo Oda wishes to complete its nuclear power plant, then we offer our own engineers that will keep their mouths shut to do the job. In exchange we would like to receive special partnership in dealing with your Furniture Restoration industry.
For uranium, unfortunately we need all the uranium that we mine for our own needs. Some other nations might jump in with that item.
Write back what you think of our offer,
Tamas Veres,
Minister of Nuclear Energy
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - March 31, 2004 08:18 PM (GMT)
If i don`t receive another offer in the next 2 day`s i will respond you.thank you for the readiness.
Can you tell me where i can get uranium for my NPP and how long is it going to take for it to be built?
The Bulgarite - March 31, 2004 08:45 PM (GMT)
We will be happy to supply you with the uranium you will need for your NPP. We are also willing to assist you in the construction of your NPP. If Csabaland is interested, we might consider a cooperation with their specialists.
Nikolaj Gospodinov,
Minister of Energy Production and Distribution
Yugo - April 1, 2004 12:11 PM (GMT)
It is not good that countrys open nuclear plants. We dont know what they want, with them. It can be just an army object . We want to send there inspectors! Because all countrys with nuclear power plants need other countrys inspecotrs!
I invite inspecotrs from other countrys that they can look around in my country but only if Nabunga accept my inspectors!
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 1, 2004 02:11 PM (GMT)
I agree to invite inspectors im my country.I don`t intend to producew nuclear weapons(for now).
The construction is not in a proces yet.I`m still looking for invstores.
Tolomakia - April 1, 2004 02:39 PM (GMT)
The Tolomakian Nuclear Agengy (TNA) is interested in investing in your country. TNA has high expertise in uranium mining and processing, for both civilian and military needs. TNA is operating a large mining filed in Tolomakia as well as three nuclear plants providing between 60-75% of the energy needed in Tolomakia (depends on the level of rivers and rains, as the second main source is hidrological). Also, the TNA worked closely with the Army in developing the national nuclear arsenal.
We can offer:
- processed and unprocessed uranium
- technology for buidling nuclear plants
- technology for building uranium processing facilities (for civialian needs)
- high expertise in all fields
- training for local engeniers (including scholarships in the best nuclear engeniering univeristies in the Balkans, located, of course, in Tolomakia)
Expertise and technology for building nuclear weapons (including acces to the results of our own nuclear tests - made outside Balkans) may be subject to further negociations.
We accept either cash, shares in the newly build nuclear plants, shares in other local businesses, fiscal facilities for Tolomakian investors or a combination of the four factors.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 1, 2004 03:34 PM (GMT)
I want to ask you Tomakia what sort of tehnologi your engeneers use.Is it safe?.
I have heard that the canadian tehnologi is safe but very expensive,on the other side the russian tehnologi is sheap and reliability.
Our Sultan(Shogun) Oda Nobunaga wil be pleased to invite the engeneers from all the countrys ready to help.He already put the base of the new Oda Nuclear Resåarch Institute in the capitol Trebiziond.
Yugo - April 1, 2004 04:51 PM (GMT)
As you can see I have nuclear power plan. I will build for you reactor, with all other objects, i will also support you with uranium, you can also order a defence system. After 1 year period my engineers will check reactor for free if you sing contract with my group YUGO GRADIS!
-defence system consists of special anti-terrorist group, security cams,2 security vehicle etc...
Tolomakia - April 2, 2004 11:00 AM (GMT)
TNA is currently using a technology based on Advanced Light Water Reactors (ALWR). This started as a R&D project with financial support from the Government ten years ago and all nuclear plants in Tolomakia have been upgraded to use the new reactors. There are two advantages of ALWR: is safer and is producing much less high level nuclear waste. The disadvantage is the higher price of technology.
When considering the costs of building nuclear plants, please keep in mind that you should also buy the technology for processing depleted uranium and other high level nuclear waste from the plant. TNA has a strict policy of not offering nuclear plant technology without a clear commitment from the recipient to also take care of the waste problem.
The Bulgarite - April 2, 2004 03:34 PM (GMT)
OOC: Excuse me for the question Tolomakia but how exactly is it possible for 3 nuclear plants to produce 60-75% of the energy needed for a population of 2.376 billion?
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 2, 2004 03:57 PM (GMT)
Please don`t offer to me a nuclear boms tehnology.I want to use nuclear power for peaceful objectives.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 2, 2004 07:12 PM (GMT)
I want to ask Bulgarite what sort of tehnology they use?
Have you Nuke Institute for engeneers?
How long the costruction will take?
Csabaland - April 2, 2004 09:45 PM (GMT)
If you take my offer the construction will take 6 years, while depending on your own workforce's capabilities (we'll only send scientists, not construction workers)
The Bulgarite - April 3, 2004 04:35 PM (GMT)
We are currently using technology based on the European Pressurized Water Reactor (EPR). The electric power of one unit is 1750 MW. Most of our NPP are either upgreaded or are being upgreaded with this technology.
We also have and can build Pressurized Water Reactors (PWR) and Boiling Water Reactors (BWR).
The construction will take around 6-7 years.
Tolomakia - April 4, 2004 01:37 PM (GMT)
OOC: I prefere to look at the population figures in NationStates as subjective indicators. The corrective look proposed by Thracia, for example, is more realistic. Remember that we have a map in Balkans, it is impossible for a territory like the one assgined to Tolomakia to sustain a population so big. When i'm counting "my" population I usualy divide the figure proposed by NationStates by 100.
Montfortslavia - April 9, 2004 05:35 PM (GMT)
The Government of Montfortslavia has been follwing the developement of the Nuclear Power Plant and we are willing to lend any technical or engeneering assiatnce required for its safe completion.
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 9, 2004 06:55 PM (GMT)
We will be pleased you to lead team of specialist to inspect the safe completion of our NPP.
Tolomakia - April 15, 2004 07:29 AM (GMT)
TNA is pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with Daimyo Oda Nobunaga concerning the construction of their first Nuclear Plant. Details about the deal will be made public shortly.

Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 18, 2004 12:04 PM (GMT)
I`m worried about the contract Tolomakia.
Tolomakia - April 19, 2004 08:10 AM (GMT)
The treaty is not in danger. The environmentalist position is extreme and no other political party supports it.
Andrei Mihnea,
Foreign Affaires Minister
Daimyo Oda Nobunaga - April 19, 2004 03:57 PM (GMT)
Ok i`m glad to hear this. The construction may begin after the elections in your country.
