Excellencies: Zahumlje has so far sent two cargo planes of relief supplies to Bukovina, to provide help for the people there who suddenly have no government. We are aware that Byzantinople sent in some peace-keepers as well as relief supplies. Zahumlje is sending two more planes as of 12:am local time. They have just been loaded by volunteer crews of concerned Zahumljani, members of Zahumlje Disaster Relief Team, ZYSL, Zahumlje Red Cross, Zahumlje Red Crescent Society and members of the R.A.Z. reserves. We are sending peacekeepers up that way by train. The train will be specially marked and we hope nations on the way will expidite it's progress through customs etc. The specific regiments involved are Sabra and Domobrana, with a few of the Morlach people. Most of the forces have specialized police training. They are only there to keep order until the situation in Bukovina is resolved. Dr. Nura Hodzic says she's never seen anything so strange.

The newest member of The Balkans, Mealand, has accepted to settle in the land abandoned by Bukovina.

As soon as Mealand establishes a state mechanism there, there will be no need for any humanitarian relief.

That is good. I noticed this morning that Mealand had arrived in the region. They should find things well stabalized then between the Byzantinople and Zahumlje efforts. Much better than walking into chaos.
