Since we have three votes for Prince Demetrious, I here By Proclaim my self, Prince Demetrious, President of the Balkan Agency of Housing and Human Betterment. Now we need to apoint a nation to wright up a Charter for this Organization. Who would like to Volenteer?

Several Perussian professors will, if allowed, write a charter for the BAH2B. They have already aided in the creation of several documents available on our website at http://www.nsperussia.cjb.net. You can look over them if you wish to.

We thank USSP for volunteering to write this agency's charter, and we are confident that the lawyers in that country will do a fine job at drafting it.

I would like a Member State of the BAHHB to write the Charter. Now if U.S.S.P would like to Join our esteemed body, then I would consent to accepting them volenteering to wright up a draft to be proposed for this Organizations Charter. But until such time as the U.S.S.P Joins the BAHHB, then I President Demetrious of the BAHHB, must regretfully decline U.S.S.P's offer.

But of course! How does one join the agency? We would gladly do so.
