I propose a New Balkan Basket Ball League. We could go to a web site that Does free Fantasy Basket ball, and create the League Their. Each Nation could send as many Club Teams from their own leagues as they would want. The Web site I was thinking we could use is Sportingnews.com They have a New League Starting in Febuary, although we could start a league now too if this region is for Starting this new Basketball League.
