Title: Final Veredict on the Killian case

We,

The Justices of the International Balkan Court of Justice, being of sound mind and judgement, hereby present the follwing sentence on behalf of the nation of New Commonwealth in its case against Nallid Killian;

1- On the charges of illegal usurpation of power from a legitimate elected government,
and unilateral elimination of the national constitution, and the imposition of an indefinite status of martial law, we find the accused to be guilty as charged.

2- On the charges of Assasination and execution of political opponents, we find the accused to be guilty as charged.

3- On the charges of Belligerent Acts of Aggression against UN member states and Balkan regional members and direct violations to the Balkanic Peninsula Peace Agreements, we find the accused to be guilty as charged.

4- On the charges of Masterminding terrorist attacks against civilians, military personnel, and diplomatic representatives, we find the accused to be guilty as charged.

5- On the charges of Torture and Execution of Political Dissidents and other Citizens deemed as "traitorous" and direct violations to the Balkanic Peninsula Peace Agreements, and direct violations to the International Convention on Human Rights, we find the accused to be guilty as charged.

6- On the charges of Production and Development of Weapons of Mass Destruction, we find the evidence to be inconclusive to determine responsibility on this matter. Even if these charges were true, the production of weapons of mass destruction has not been criminalized in our region.

Having considered the weigh of the actions commited by the accused, and the repercusions on the International Law, we find Nallid Killian to be guilty of 6 of the 7 charges presented.

The accused will serve a sentence of a lifetime in prison, without the possibility of parole, to be served in a maximum security facility to be determined by the nation of the New Commonwealth.
