Comrade, we are courrently discussing about a plan to develop the "pan-balkan" territory. In general terms, we intend to impose some tax to secure and assure the cleanness of the region. Also, if a country plans a project that would make money, like an amusement park, some part will go to the region. Finally, in exchange of our administration and our time, we'll take a percentage on the territorial cost pay by the promotoes of projects. All countries can submit a project to us and we think that it's up to us to decide and allow the promoters to do. Evidently, we'll submit to the balkans all of the more complex projects on an issue. |
