The Commonwealth would like to humbly ask the justices whether their deliberation has been put on temporary hiatus. We are merely wondering why there has been no response from any justice in quite some time. If the case is indeed temporarily suspended, then the Commonwealth will put the case into archive and utilize that time to further develop its case.
