Nice Dodged Line effect. Perfect for banners.

1. Start a new image. I used 640x480.
2. Make the background color #52A2BD.
3. Using the dodge tool, create thousands, I mean thousands of lines all over the image. I used a size 8 brush.
4. Now duplicate that layer, and set the blending mode to overlay.

And you're done! The cropped and resized ending...
