Well, if we get some more tutorials up here and advertise them here, I think we would do great. From adding that tutorials section, we grew about 50 members within a month, which is pretty good for this board.
RCT Wiz will add people to the gfx team when he wants to... so if he feels like we need more, he will probably add sutra. But right now we are trying to limit our amount of staff down to what we have right now.
