What do you mean change the colors in here? Like the skin? You edit it in your Admin CP. You can go to invisionfree.com/forums/ifskinzone and they have tons of pre-made skins for you to use!

modified version of the default skin. It was modified by RCT Wiz. You cannot copy the source and use it on your forum, however you can also modify the default skin to your likings. A HTML Color Code list can be found
here. You can also request a custom skin at forums like the
IF Skin Zone or
IFSkins. Hope that clears some of this up.
