You may write about just about anything, but please be aware that there are young readers that may read your fanfic.

We welcome the posting of fanfiction, but there are standards that must be met:
  • We take plagiarism seriously. If you post someone else’s story with your name on it, and your theft is proven, you will be warned or banned.
  • Stories must be written in Standard English. No Internet shorthand/jargon.
  • You must give a rating, include what type of story (What type of show, cartoon, anime, sports etc.) in the Topic Description.
  • Readers are encouraged to comment! Even negative comments are useful to anyone serious about their writing and wanting to improve. Please, readers—direct your comments to the story, not the writer.
  • Always start new threads for all new fics. New fics do not include new chapters, messages to readers regarding your fic, sequels, critiques, etc.
  • IMPORTANT!!! When posting new chapters to fics already posted in the board, post it in the same thread of the original fic. How do readers know that you have a new chapter up? Edit the thread title and indicate that you have a new chapter up. DO NOT POST A NEW THREAD FOR A NEW CHAPTER!!!!!
Note: You may use a New topic to post a SEQUEL to your story, NOT CHAPTER

Those do not follow the rules, your fic will be locked or deleted.
