Is a portal like just a little home page that shows the status of the forum and other stuff before you go into the forum?

You don't have to go to the portal, it's just a place where all announcements, notes, Online Users and other things will be.

The portal is being worked on. It's still buggy, because Dufman has not finished it. We expect it to be finished in the next few days. B)
