Wow, nice effect, did you use any tutorials at all? If not, what shapes did you use to get the render to look like that?

Inside a cube I placed cylinders. I used the mirror material for the cube, and one of the city ones for the cylinders. And then threw a radial light in the cube, and zoomed in. It's basically the same as the bryce "abstract" work, but instead you use different shapes.

Ohhh... It's basically the same thing as my technique (... I shouldn't call it mine or a technique... a tutorial written by some other guy) except that you switched the toruses (tori?) with cylinders. And a different material...

Bryce is so limited now that I have tried to find abstract means for it >.>

I'm saving up for c4d.

Yeah, it's basically the tutorial on shiver7.com for bryce, only I used cylinders instead of toruses and a cube instead of an... oval sphere thing. If ya haven't already checked that out, I highly suggest it ;)

Yeah, Bryce is rather limiting... can't do a lot of abstract work with a landscaping program :/
