Hey everyone. This is my first topic so... um... which character do you think has the most saddest death throughout the entire series? From what I can recall, I'll go ahead and list some from what I can recall from the top my head.

Here goes:
Chidori
Miori
Kei
Toya
Aki
Urakawa (?)
Mikagi (when he stopped Ceres and his family from escaping)
The Tennyos (in Denouement)
Shuro

Okay, I think the saddest death scene for me is.... Chidori, Miori, Kei and Shuro, Aki, Toya, and Urakawa. What about you??

Chidori and Aki's... both made me bawl like a baby. ^_^;

Chidori's, because she couldn't get out the "I love you" before she passed...

Aki's... because I didn't think it would happen!! >_< They are supposed to save main characters, especially the ones treated so rottenly! ;_;

I agree, Mikage-San!! Their deaths are definitely tear-jerking. :(
Aki just popped out unexpectedly, and his death was awful. And Chidori... I always thought they'll escape.... but her death made me cry, too. :(

Chidori's was by far the most devasting in my opinion. I mean I know it's gonna happen but I feel the same everytime I watch it. It was such a waste.

I agree with ya, Taunting Destiny! And I feel the same way, too. I nearly cried when she died. And I felt badly for Yuhi.. :(

gosh i'm such a cry baby, so of course i cried at ALL the deaths.
but shuro and chidori got the most outta me *sniff*
oh, and when tooya "died". that got me too.

(well by cry baby i don't mean i throw temper tantrums and such i mean i cry at sad things i read/see/hear)

I don't even cry much when it comes to myself (unless I get really, really angry), but AnC had me bawling my head off... xD

I just got done reading the manga and I cried more than once.

Aki's death made me cry the most. Even though I knew he was gonna die from about the fourth episode, I still bawled my eyes out. He was helpless! There was nothing he could do. But he gave his life in the end to protect his sister because that's what he does.

Chidori's death is a close second. It came out of nowhere for me. Completely surprised by it. I think that's because she was a little under-developed.

I didn't know about any of the deaths ahead of time... the only spoiler I knew ahead of time was about Aya getting pregnant.

Chidori's, like with duo, surprised me. I hadn't expected it, and Yuuhi's voice just made me lose it... >_o.

Aki's heart-felt, "makenai." melted me to the floor as he grabbed Shiso's shoulder...

;_; Dammit, now I'm all sad.

you know.....i think the main reason i was sad when tooya died was because i felt so sorry for aya

I think Aki's expression did it in for me... before he passed out. I have a pan cel of it.. one of my faves. ^_^;

Actually, I didn't have any spoilers to this show. When I saw it for the first time 2 years ago, no one really knew about it in my circle.

I'm really good at figuring out plotlines. I learned early in anime to listen to what the characters say. They will tell you what's going to happen. Think of Aki in epsiode 1 "What are you trying to do, kill me?" I just couldn't see how he could get out of it alive -- even though I wanted him too. Really was hoping for that unseen plot twist.

OH I so didn't want to face that reality! I still can't believe I never saw Chidori's death coming. I was screaming at the tv "WHY?!" :angry:
