HI Everybody!!!

You see, I've been waiting for this Ceres Celestial dvd case to come out and now it finally has. The man who made this case is popular with his work, Paul Champagne...anyone familiar with him? His cases are engraved with the pictures on it.

Anyway, I imagined the pictures on the case to be so.....jaw dropping like those you see on the foil cards, inserts of the dvds and such. But to my dissapointment this is what THEY came out with:






The point is, I really want(ed) a case for my dvd's but I'm not sure if I should get this... Opinions please, would any of you get it??

Oh yeah and be HONEST... IF YOU THINK IT SUCKS THEN PLEASE SAY SO!!!! :angry:

You mean it's just a case for the whole collection? And not a box set or anything? If it's not too much $$ I'd just buy it for looks.

But dude, artbook picture again? I was already disspointed when the American-release covers used artbook pictures rather than those beautiful jacket ones. But bah, I mean it looks nice, and I love the AnC artwork, but it'd look prettier if it were something.. not as plain? Or at least a picture besides an artbook one. x_x

I wish they would have used anime pictures, and like Aki, I wish they had transferred the Japanese jackets to the American...

BUT

I do love that box. The contrast on the pics seem a bit... much... but perhaps it's just the picture. ^_^;

It's just a case to hold the dvd's you already got. This isn't an official case for the series though, the guy just made it.

He has some really nice ones, I wonder why the Cere's one didn't come out that good....

It looks all right. Although I wouldn't buy it. The pictures look kinda boring, IMO. It'd be a lot better if they were like the Japanese released DVD pics.

No its not an official one. .. people just request a case for a series, he makes it....then if its successful, he makes more of 'em.

Do any of you think they're gonna come out with a complete boxset for Ceres????

It would be nice if they would, but I don't think they will. I think they would have made the box release with the first volume. :(

But, you never know. There's always hope. :D

There may be a chance ya know...like for the dvds of hand maid may, they just came out with a box for it and it came with an extra dvd (no new episodes but lots of little extras!!)

Ah I really like that Arc the Lad one. :: in love with Arc :: But you never know, they could come out with a Ceres offical boxset, I mean the DVDs only came out in America... last Apirl was it?

Yeah!!!! The Arc the lad case is so.....so.....cute? pretty? cool? are these the right words for a guy to describe the case??? oh well :lol:

And you're right bout the dvd's they WERE only recently released so there still is fighting chance!!!! :rolleyes:

That would be cool if they made a Ceres:CL dvd box set/case. If they made a box set of Ceres, it can save up money a bit. And it would be cool, too. But it does not look like they're going to make it. The only thing we can do is hope. I only wish C:CL was popular. :(
