How come you pray to the man in the sky?
What are the outrageous bruises on your body for?
Why do you scream at Daddy for no more?

Daddy, Why do you always hit Mommy for?
How come when you see her cry, you beat her more?

Grandma, I'm glad to talk to you again
Bad things have been happening where have you been?
Mommy is bruised badly, her body is frail and weak

Daddy pushed Mommy yesterday, or maybe she just fell
They were playing hide and seek when Daddy tagged her with his gun
Mommy fell to the ground, Daddy kicked her, smiled, then declared that he'd won

Daddy, I won't tell the cop the nasty and disgusting things you did to me
I won't say a word about the cruel and painful things you did to Mommy
But as I get older, I will grow to understand what you did to both Mommy and I
I will no longer sit in the corner of the room, watching you beat Mommy, to cry
And when you come to me for your sick pleasures I will fight back until the end
Daddy you should have been there to catch Mommy's falls, not to push her against the kitchen walls
You should have warned me about perverted guys, not be one
But Daddy, don't be supprised when you meet me one day in court as your victim.

Very well written. I do hope it's not first hand knowledge. I wrote a story about rape in college and my professor pulled me aside to talk to me about it. I had to explain to him that it was just something I thought up. :wacko:

That was interesting. Like Duo said I hope that was just
creativity and not from experience. Especially since I
wrote something like that but it had to do with child
abuse. It was when I was 12 and I was being beat severly
by mom. At that time I was only 4"11" and 77 pounds so
I was so scared that that was the only way I could get it out.
