Title: Return of the King

Who's seen the new LOTR?
I saw it opening night and loved it. However, I'm a little sad because it's over. I mean I wanted to see how they'd (the movie makers) were going to end it. But now that it's over I'm a little sad. Of course I was crying in the theatre.
I also think it's funny that a week before it started there was quite a bit of hype. Now that it's been out for almost a week, I haven't seen anything. I mean the movie already has the buzz of being nominated for Best Picture but that happened before it was released nationwide.
Just throwing in my two cents to keep the board alive.

I saw it on Wednesday and loved it. It was a great end to a great saga.

I am gonna have to wait for this one on video.
I know the movie is going to be good but I don't
think my sanity will allow me to sit in one spot
for 4 hours in a row.
TD

TD, it's only 3 and 1/2 hours!
Seriously, it goes really quick. I thought only an hour had gone by when the ending credits starting rolling.

that happens all the time with lots of movies, and it happened with the other 2 as well
not that it matters because you know it won't win. it never does. the best movies never win. it's always the ones that like 3 people have seen =/
(sorry for double posting.....meh i'm lazy x])
