Yesterday I bought the final AnC dvd. I was all happy and dancing around the room a la Chidori that I finally had the whole collection. I used to have the fansubs downloaded, but I deleted them all because I wanted the dvd. My girlfriend was appalled that I'd spend thirty dollars on it when she could burn it and print out the lil pictures for me. I'm fiercly possessive of my Ceres (think "Where is my woman?" posessive) DVD and manga, and I like spending my money on my favorite show/dvd/anything ever, since I really don't have anything else I'd like to spend it on. My first paycheck I bought a dvdtv and the first three Ceres. To cease rambling and get to the point: Is it weird that I'd care so much to spend an infinite amount of money for my favorite thing in the world? I'm all troubled and everything that my gf thinks that of me. So what, I'm PARANOID!!

Well... Taunting Destiny, Duo Trouble, and I (and more, I'm sure!) collect cels from AnC... which is a LOT of money to do. ^_^; I'd rather be broke and have a nice cel than not, though I don't know why.

I only collect AnC cels, but TD and DT (this is the first time I've noticed their abbreviations are ass-backward from each other :D) collect other shows. ^_^

The most I've spent on a cel so far is $550... which is scary. It's of Tooya, though.

trust me, you're not the only one who is insane and possesive enough to want to own the official series......of course $30 for a leeetle anime dvd is waaay too much, i love owning them!

Well... with $2000 you could probably get a very, very nice Tooya cel. :P

I have one on eBay for $10 right now ending in less than a day. Just search Ceres Cel and it'll be there. ^_^;

If you want to search for some, your best bet is to start at http://www.cels.org , and then under the "Keep Track!" section it lists TONS of cel dealers. Someone will be able to help you. ^_^

Big fan of Toya huh, Tooya's_Prayer? Well, at least you're one person I'm not competing with for cels of him. But I do have a few in my collection. I mean come on! How could I have a Ceres collection without one of the main characters? :huh:

Well anyway, congrats on the dvd Tooya's Prayer (im gona abbreviate from now on ok....TP). My collection was scattered! I started with vol 5 and 6 then 1,2,4,3,8,7! It was such a bummer for me...I goty confused my first run through the series! Oh yeah...welcome to the boards! :lol:
