yay! i just watched the next dvd and chidori finally came on! yay!

so i like tooya in the manga right? and because of that i still like him okay in the anime, but if i'd have watched the anime first, i'd totally hate him =P, or atleast dislike him somewhat.....i can't TOTALLY hate him.....i mean he's just so hot x]

:lol: So now you know what I mean. I saw the DVDs first remember. I can't stand Toya!!!

So happy for you to finally meet Chidori. I wish her role were larger. Or more to the point, I wish the anime were longer. The episodes just seemed to fly by with so much information.

I read the manga afterward which I'm very glad for. I loved the anime, but I know if I had read the manga first I'd dislike the anime. I love them both, though. ^_^;

But like Snorts was saying... and I agree... Tooya is MUCH better in the manga.

For me, I'd feel it was an unfair representation of the original manga. If they had made the series as long as Fushigi Yuugi... *_* Oh I wish they had.

It's just... looking at the anime against the manga... Shuro got cut big time, Chidori's character was undeveloped, Kei wasn't even THERE for more than a couple seconds...

Tooya gave reason in the manga more than the anime... things like that. I'd have been disappointed if I had read the manga before watching the anime. But since I didn't, reading the manga was a special treat.

Well, I'm reading the manga now. Even though I'm not that far, I already know what you're talking about, Mikage-san.

I also wish it were as long as Fushigi Yuugi like I mentioned earlier. It just wasn't long enough to develop certain characters.

Man I really need to get off my ass and read the manga.

It's not like I don't have it. A friend gave it all to me on

Well, TD, at least you have all of it. I only have the first 4. I know I can find the rest on the web. I just have a hard time finding the time to search for it and then read it. Since I work with computers all day, I tend not to stay in front of my personal computer for long periods of time.
