Depend which programs.

I use Photoshop 7.0

Click Image Size

If you're using Adobe Photoshop 7 or any other adobe programs the size should be width 470 height 145. It will end up looking like this.





Which, personally, looks bad. So I would try this size: w400 h300

I belive that signatures should be about 400x100....
otherwise it confuses you sometimes and it tkae a long time to load up the pages..... in my forum i made a rule for it... so... but that is up to each person to deside what pix you want your pic in... ;)
