I just noticed... sometimes when the page loads the shoutbox is there, at other times it isn't.... What's up with that?

There's nothing that a bit of colour tweaking can't fix.
Oh, and IMO I think it would look better if it was centered. (Easy enough: just use <center></center>)

I'm guess you're using tagboard.com then. They suck! (Mainly cause they're really slow)
