He's been trying to put a banner in his sig but it hasn't been working, so he's asking you if you know how to do it.

well, go to My Controls, and click on sig and write your sig name down and also make sure you past [url] on the beginnind and the end!

it may look klike this: [url]your sig name[/url]

I don't think he can create you a sig. if he doesn't know how to use PhotoShop... I could try and make you one but it'd probably look really bad...
